I'm having this weird bug(?), I'm working with Expo, running the app from my phone after scanning the QR code.

It's just your good old To-Do app, but if I add a bunch of elements, change the code and save the file (causing a refresh), the change occurs, but the elements (which are stored on the state) persist…

I was expecting it to clear the state after a refresh like on the browser, is this behavior normal?
